Type of Hydraulic Steering System

You will need to determine the total Volume for the Drive Cylinders of your Hydraulic Steering system - refer to the chart below:

Total Cylinder Volume	Drive Type
Up to 30.5 cu.in.	Adjustable Flow Reversing Pumps
Up to 57.75 cu.in	CRA Pumps
Up to 200 cu. in.	CRB Pumps

Notes:

Drive Type recommendations are based on hard over times of a max. of 15 seconds - refer to Pump Application Guide for complete details.
Dual/Multiple Cylinder Installations. It is important to know if your cylinders are plumbed in Series or Parallel
Series - two cylinders are plumbed to give the effect of only one cylinder (in this case the total volume is equal to only one cylinder)
Parallel - two cylinders work independently of each other (total volume is the volume of each cylinder added together)
